Orders & Processing -

• Handmade with Care: All of our resin art pieces are custom and entirely handmade. Please allow up to 15 days for us to craft your piece before it is shipped.

• Payment: We currently accept prepaid orders only.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment has been made.

Shipping & Tracking -

• Delivery Partner: We ship pan-India using Speed Post India.

• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking ID so you can monitor your package's journey.

• Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping costs are additional. Because our custom resin pieces vary in size and weight, your final shipping fee will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. We will confirm the exact shipping charges with you before you make your final prepaid payment.

Product Usage & Intellectual Property -

• Personal Use: All products purchased from Creative Castles - 14 are strictly for personal use only and must not be resold.

• Original Designs: Please do not copy our artwork. All designs and rights are strictly reserved by Creative Castles - 14.

Website & Content Restrictions -
